I have an established network of Treasure Coast contractors, cleaners, landscapers, and stagers. I coordinate, oversee, and quality-check all pre-listing work and inspection repairs on your behalf.
How do I sign documents from out of state?
Electronic signatures handle the vast majority of documents. For any required wet signatures, I coordinate a local notary near you. Remote online notarization via video call is also available for closing documents.
How will I know what's happening with my property?
